Washington Post Interviews Edward M. Harrington

On Tuesday, May 25, 2010, more than 200 government contractors, professional service providers, and business owners attended the GovConNet Breakfast Forum on In-Sourcing, Procurement Trends & Forecasts.  Keynote speaker Brigadier General Edward M. Harrington, head of Army Procurement, discussed Army Procurement Forecasts and In-Sourcing. Speaker Robert A. Burton of Venable LLP then discussed Regulatory Changes & In-Sourcing.

A panel of GovCon experts followed the speakers to further discuss In-Sourcing and Business Opportunities & Strategies.  Panelists included:
